The Elmdor RAH Roof Access Hatch provides safe, durable rooftop access for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. Constructed from heavy-duty 14-gauge galvannealed steel, the RAH Series is designed for long-lasting performance while providing convenient access to roof areas from the building interior.
Compression springs enclosed within zinc-plated telescopic tubes provide smooth opening and closing. An automatic hold-open arm secures the cover in the open position, while interior and exterior handles allow for padlocking from either side.
Ideal for new construction and retrofit applications requiring dependable roof access.
